Children are naturally sensitive to music. In our music and rhythm classes, students will recite ancient poems, experience and understand the rhythm of these poems, and establish an early literary foundation. Through melodious tunes and catchy verses, children feel as though they are traveling through time, engaging in conversations with ancient scholars, and experiencing the depth and beauty of Chinese culture. We also incorporate nursery rhymes, dramas, and other forms to help children develop a sense of rhythm and language expression through joyful songs. In the dynamic and creative world of music, children not only learn through music but also enjoy the process and grow happily.

When reading wonderful picture books, children are often captivated by interesting plots, vivid characters, and rich illustrations. Through picture book stories, children can focus their attention, accumulate and learn a vast amount of vocabulary, and naturally remember the plot while organizing language to express the story. In this way, children not only learn more about stories through reading but also accumulate vocabulary and learn how to use sentence structures.

STEM integrates knowledge from science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, sparking children’s curiosity and desire to explore, while developing their innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. By learning through Chinese, this course also helps improve children's language proficiency. As they engage in scientific experiments, technological operations, and engineering problem-solving, students will need to understand and use Chinese vocabulary and sentences to describe phenomena, express ideas, and collaborate. This enhances their vocabulary, language sense, and communication skills, while promoting the development of their Chinese language abilities. Through learning STEM knowledge in Chinese, children can also discover how Chinese culture relates to science and technology, such as ancient inventions and traditional craftsmanship.

Pinyin is the key to unlocking the door to Chinese language learning. Our course helps children establish a clear understanding of the Chinese phonetic system. By learning initials, finals, and tones, children will be able to pronounce words accurately and recognize Chinese characters, laying a solid foundation for future reading and writing. Once they master pinyin, children can use it as a tool to independently read simple picture books and storybooks, sparking their interest in reading and allowing them to absorb more knowledge. This course also thoroughly prepares students for entering first grade.

The classics reading course focuses on learning literary allusions, such as idiom stories, fables, famous quotes, and the Four Great Classical Novels. For K1 and K2 children, this is the time when they are most curious about the world and have a strong ability to absorb knowledge. We use engaging teaching methods to present these rich literary allusions in a lively way. For example, when learning idiom stories like "守株待兔" (Waiting for a rabbit by the stump), children will understand that success comes through effort, not luck. Fable stories like "狼来了" (The Boy Who Cried Wolf) teach the importance of honesty. Famous quotes, such as "少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲" (If you don't work hard when young, you'll regret it when old), motivate children to cherish time and study hard. Through learning the Four Great Classical Novels, children can appreciate the bravery and wisdom of characters like Sun Wukong in "Journey to the West" and Zhuge Liang in "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms." Our classics reading course not only sparks a strong interest in literary allusions but also helps children apply these stories in writing and speaking as they progress into primary school, adding brilliance to their learning and growth.
